Nicaragua's Path to Dialogue

The exiled Nicaraguan writer and journalist in the United States, Ariel Montoya, who also serves as a spokesperson abroad for the historic Independent Liberal Party (PLI), recently shared his vision on the political and social situation in Nicaragua. In an interview with Lucía Pineda of 100% Noticias, Montoya expressed his support for the idea that Nicaragua is heading towards a path of dialogue.

In his statements, Montoya emphasized the importance of being consistent with reality and political objectivity when addressing the situation in the Central American country. According to the columnist, dialogue emerges as a necessary way to seek solutions to the crisis that Nicaragua is experiencing.

"It is essential to maintain a space for open and sincere dialogue between the parties involved in the conflict, with the aim of finding agreements that benefit the entire population," Montoya highlighted.

The exiled Nicaraguan also stressed the urgency of reconciliation and building consensus to achieve stability and peace in Nicaragua. In this regard, he pointed out that the path of dialogue is fundamental to move towards a more promising future for the country.
